  17. I read (and I use the term loosely) “Five-Ingredient Fix – Easy and Irresistible Recipes” by Claire Robinson. I was seduced by the lovely picture on the cover and thought it might be helpful for cooking when we travel in our small RoadTrek van (where pantry space is severely limited). But I was very disappointed in this book. I got no new ideas at all, whether cooking in the van or in my kitchens at home. So I give this one star for the pretty pictures. (Thankfully, this was a library book).

I also read a couple of health-related cookbooks that are too boring to even talk about, but I will count them on my personal tally for this challenge.

Not linking to my blog because I don’t plan to review any of these three. I’ll be back though!!!
